Metal Fabricator
Position Overview
The Metal Fabricator will work on custom welding and fabrication projects, producing high-quality work with attention to detail. This role requires strong welding skills, blueprint reading ability, and experience working with various metals.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Fabricate and weld using aluminum, stainless and carbon steel.
- Operate shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain quality standards on all projects.
- Support the shop team in meeting project deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Welding/fabrication experience in a shop environment.
- Proficient in blueprint reading.
- CWB welding tickets (asset).
- 3D design knowledge (asset).
- Valid G-class driver’s license (required).
- Must be fluent in English.
